Who will own my data once I submit it?

No personal data is collected or stored by the MDLS website. Usage data such as browser type, device type, IP address and time and date of visit are collected automatically when using the website to analyse site performance, for which we use Google Analytics. Users retain full rights over collection, access, retention, and deletion of their data at any time. For more information please see Google’s page Safeguarding your data.

Why do you need my information?

We use Google Analytics to record how the site is performing through visitor analysing visitor statistics. The information we get through these cookies is anonymised and we make no attempt to identify you or influence your experience of the site while you are visiting it.

What allows you to use my information?

The MDLS website does not use any of your personal data.

Who will my information be shared with?

Usage data is collected via Google Analytics anonymously and will not be shared beyond this.

No, you do not have to provide this information. If you opt-out, we will not be able to see your anonymous usage data when reviewing how our site performs.

Google Analytics retains usage data for 14 months. We use this data to monitor and improve the performance of the website.

What rights do I have when it comes to my data?
